Help Boise State Students in Need!

The Dean of Students Emergency Assistance Fund

Boise State's campus student body represents every region of the country and our online students live in every region of the country. This fund’s goal is to ensure that unforeseen circumstances do not prevent enrolled students from continuing their education at Boise State University.

As natural disasters like wildfires and Hurricanes Irma and Harvey affect students, making a gift to the Dean of Students Emergency Assistance Fund serves as an opportunity for the Bronco family to unite in making sure our classmates can stay in school. The fund is available to help any qualifying student who faces financial challenges caused by any number of circumstances.

Here’s how you can help:

  • Make a contribution to the Dean of Students Emergency Assistance Fund. Your gift, no matter the size, will join with many from the Bronco family to support our students with the greatest need.
  • Share this opportunity within your network. Whether you click the Facebook and Twitter links on this page, send an email, or tell a friend - spreading the word of need is important to helping reach our goal.

How has the Dean of Students Emergency Assistance Fund already helped our students?

"I think the fund was simply amazing and the people very helpful. Boise State defines the meaning of a staff joined as a team to help others."

"The person who helped me through my interview was extremely helpful, she provided different opportunities for me to continue my education and to be better prepared for a situation like this. I am so thankful for this once in a lifetime opportunity and will never be ungrateful. Thank you so much."

"This program was great. I was in such a bad situation and [staff] I worked with was so helpful and approved my application fast and the funds were sent out fast also. I am so thankful for your program and it helped me more than I can even say. Thank you is not enough but thank you for doing what you did for me."
