Thank you all so much for donating to make this Community Campus Garden a reality. We are so excited to be able to break ground and work towards decreasing the percentage of food insecurity on campus. Be on the look out for awesome events that will be held once the garden is up and running.
For our last shout out, we just want to focus on YOU. Without you, this garden wouldn't be a reality. And, after 2+ years in the making, things are finally starting to come to light. We are so thankful that you are going to be a part of this garden with your donation, whether big or small.
Next steps for the garden are pretty exciting. We will be breaking ground, and hope to start the class that has been designed around this garden as soon as possible. And, because of you all, we are able to do this much sooner than we expected! So, thank YOU for your support. And, we hope to see you at an upcoming event!
We seriously couldn't be more grateful for all of the help and support each and every one of you have given us. A lot of time and effort has gone into this project and without all of you, we wouldn't be able to make this campus garden a reality.
For our shout out, we would just like to thank Dr. Caile Spear for all of her help and support that she has given us this semester. And, just for her support on the campus overall. Without her, we wouldn't have even dreamt of this project. And, now the BroncosGrow team is going to be able to make it a reality.
We are so thankful for all of you and your support. And, we can't say that enough. Your donation is going to make a difference for so many. And, we appreciate that you are so willing to help us get there.
For our third shout out, we would like to thank our University President, Dr. Marlene Tromp for supporting our campaign! She was more than willing to share our project out with her followers on social media. And, having her overall support is making a huge difference in the way that we view the work that we are doing.

Our second shout out goes to Jessie Dexter. She is the Health Coordinator for the Community of Environmental Health and she works so hard to ensure that students are getting their basic needs met on campus. We are so thankful for her and all of the work that she does for the University.
Hey all! We are so excited that we finally broke $1,000! This money will be going towards breaking ground for the garden and getting the essentials to get the garden started!
For our First Shout Out, we wanted to thank the Boise State Children's Center for teaming up with us in this exciting adventure! We are so thankful for all of the little children and their eagerness to learn and grow! Having a garden on campus will help teach them some amazing skills that they may not be able to learn at home! Because of you all, we can help make a difference in the next generation!

Community gardens save money on groceries, promotes a healthy lifestyle, and cultivate friendships. Please choose the amount you would like to donate towards the campus garden.
Only 1 in 10 adults get enough fruits or vegetables daily nationwide. Donate $10 to go towards the purchasing of plants and seeds.
32% of food-insecure Boise State students cut the size of meals or skipped meals because there was not enough money for food. Donate $32 to go towards soil, fertilizer, compost, and mulch.
41% of food-insecure students Boise State students couldn't afford to eat balanced meals. Donate $41 to purchase rakes, shovels, and hoes.
74 students have applied for the meal assistance program on campus. Donate $74 to purchase 1 fruit tree and trellises.
90% of Boise State students who had food insecurity report it resulted in them not performing as well in academics as they otherwise could have. Donate $90 to buy garden boxes.
220 students visited the campus food pantry in the first 5 weeks of the semester this Fall. This will go towards purchasing bricks.
